A. Introduction
a) To the Holy Mass
Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Good morning!
Welcome to Saint Dominic’s Parish Church for our Sunday Holy Mass celebration.
This Sunday, we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord. Sacred Scripture says that Christ, our Lord and Savior, went back to the God Father after having accomplished His salvation mission of bringing humanity God’s forgiveness and eternal life. But He promised that He will come again in glory to put an end to the forces of evil and lead the human family into the new heaven and new earth.
Today’s celebration renews our hope for the final victory of God’s merciful love over all forms of evil rampant in our present day’s society. We feel very much inspired in our efforts to bear witness to Divine Mercy obviously seen in the life, suffering, death, and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Please all stand for the entrance hymn.
