A. Introduction
a) To the Holy Mass
Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Good morning!
Welcome to Saint Dominic’s Parish
Church for our Sunday Holy Mass celebration.
We joyfully and gratefully celebrate
this Sunday the Epiphany of the Lord.
Epiphany coming from Greek means “apparition”.
We need, however, to clarify in depth the implications of the term so as to
realize the importance of the feast in which we are participating. The
almighty Lord God Creator and Savior has not only appeared to us in a certain
form, but He has come to us as a human person like us, to share with us joys
and sorrows in this life, to tell us of God’s love, and finally to save us from
sin and death.
We pray in this Holy Mass for the
blessing of happiness because the Lord God has come to us and stayed with us
always to the end of the times.
