A. Introduction
a) To the Holy Mass
Dear Sisters
and Brothers in Christ,
Good
morning!
Welcome to
Saint Dominic’s Parish Church for the Sunday Holy Mass celebration. Today we celebrate the Eleventh Sunday in the
Ordinary Time with the dominant theme on the greatest of divine mercy over
human sinfulness.
We pray hard
in this Holy Mass for all of us to be always confident in God’s merciful love
as the life buoy to which we cling for our survival in time of crisis.
Please all
stand for the entrance hymn.

To the Readings
-
First Reading: 2 Sm 12:7-10.13
Abundantly
showered with God’s blessings though, King David failed to live a life worthy
of divine love and care. On the
contrary, he committed grave crimes and seriously offended God. However, his repentance earned him God’s
mercy and forgiveness.
-
Second Reading: Gal 2: 16, 19-21
Saint Paul
knew well how to live up to his determination to serve Christ more faithfully
than ever in response to the Lord’s merciful love for him who was once the very
dangerous persecutor of Christianity.
