Introduction
a)
To the Holy Mass
Dear
Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Good
morning!
Welcome
to Saint Dominic’s Parish Church for our Sunday Holy Mass celebration.
The
Gospel message of the Sixth Sunday of Easter in Year C tells us to keep His
word in order to prove that we really love God and are, as a result of this
love, worthy of God’s affection.
To
keep Jesus’ word does not just mean a careful observance to small details of
the Lord’s teaching, but rather it requires a full and active and willing
commitment to putting His doctrine into our everyday life.
We
pray hard for the Christian community to not only study God’s word but also
live up to its guidance and share it with the people around us.
Please
all stand for the entrance hymn.

To the Readings
-
First Reading: Acts 15:1-2.22-29
From the
first days of its establishment, the Church has been guided and taken good care
by the Holy Spirit Whom our Lord Jesus Christ sent as the principle of its life
and mission. Therefore the Christian
community may survive countless of dangers throughout the history of the Church
in all over the world.
-
Second Reading: Rev 21:10-14, 22-23
The Holy
City Jerusalem in heaven symbolizes the glorious Church at the second coming of
our Lord Jesus Christ. Names of those
faithful to the Lamb are inscribed on the wall of the heavenly city, and the
Lamb will shine on them night and day like the bright sun.
