Introduction
a)
To the Holy Mass
Dear
Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
God
morning!
This
Sunday brings us the joyful celebration of the Holy Mass resounding Saint
Paul’s urging voice: “Gaudete!” This is
a Latin word which means “rejoice/be glad”.
In the Second Reading, the Great Apostle writes: “Rejoice in the Lord
always; again I say, rejoice. Indeed,
the Lord is near.”
Yes,
we have good reasons to be happy. First, it is because the birthday of Christ is
near. Besides, we have completed one
haft of the preparation time for the first coming of Christ in our human
nature. This would pave the way for us
to be ready for His second coming in glory.
Please
all stand for the entrance hymn.
