To the Holy Mass
Dear
Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Good
Morning!
Welcome
to Saint Dominic’s Parish Church for the Sunday Holy Mass celebration. As we celebrate the 28th Sunday
today, the Gospel story tells us how meaningful our life would be when we wish
to achieve eternal happiness in God’s Kingdom.
The Lord in response to the young man who wanted to follow Him
encouraged the latter to sell what he had.
That means absolute detachment from whatever and whomever we consider an
obstacle to our love for God.
We
pray hard in this Holy Mass for the wisdom to make a right decision with regard
to our faith in Christ.

First Reading Wis 7:7-11
God’s
blessing of wisdom is much worthier than anything else because once we have had
wisdom we also have other blessings accompanying it.

The Word of
God helps us Christians to live up to our dignity as children of light and
