Introduction
a)
To the Holy Mass
Dear
Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Good
morning!
Welcome
to Saint Dominic’s Parish Church for the Sunday Holy Mass celebration.
As
we celebrate today the Fourth Sunday of Lent, the Word of God brings us so encouraging
a message of Divine merciful love. No
matter how grave our sinfulness may be, God always forgives us because of
Christ. This truth strengthens our hope
for salvation of humanity regardless of all forms of evil present in the world.
Let
us pray to the Lord for the grace of conversion and renewal in preparation for
Easter celebration.
Please
all stand for the entrance hymn.

To the Readings
-
First Reading: 2 Chr 36:14-16.19-23:
The people
of Israel went through the ups and downs depending on how they struggled to
keep the Commandments of God. However,
the mercy of God proves to surpass human concept on justice as an exchange of
interests.
-
Second Reading: Eph 2:4-10:
God’s
merciful love finds convincing proof in the saving work of Christ when He freed
sinners from the power of death without their own merits but out of His
immeasurable kindness.
