Introduction
a)
To
the Holy Mass
Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
Good morning!
The Holy Mass which we
celebrate this Sunday is offered in honor of the Most Holy Trinity: God the
Father, Creator of all, God the Son, Lord and Savior of humanity, and God the
Holy Spirit, Source of New Life in Christ.
As Christians were born to
be God’s children through the Sacrament of Baptism in the Hoy Names of the
Three Divine Persons, Christianity is characterized with the faith in and the
worship of the Most Holy Trinity.
We pray fervently in this
Holy Mass for the glory of the Triune God to shine brightly in our lives of
loving and serving God and neighbor.
Please all stand for the
entrance hymn.

To
the Readings
-
First
Reading Ex 34:4b-6.8-9
The Lord God appeared to the
great Prophet Moses in the time of Exodus and introduced Himself as the loving
and merciful God “slow to anger and rich in kindness and fidelity.” This one day Saint John in the New Testament
would confidently write that “God is love.”
-
Second
Reading 2 Cor 13:11-13
For Saint Paul, the Most
Holy Trinity is the foundation, inspiration and motivation of the Church’s life
and mission. Sacred Liturgy on earth is
the rehearsal and preparation for heavenly worship of the Triune God.
